The Super Falcons of Nigeria will face the Indomitable Lionesses of Cameroon in a crucial two-legged friendly series as part of preparations for the upcoming Women's Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON).
Following growing concerns from fans and sports journalists about the team’s lack of match practice, the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has arranged the friendlies to help the Falcons fine-tune their strategies and build team chemistry.
The first leg is scheduled for Friday, May 30, 2025, at the Remo Stars Stadium in Ogun State, while the second leg will be played on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at the Onikan Stadium in Lagos.
These fixtures will provide head coach and players the chance to solidify tactics, improve cohesion, and sharpen performance levels ahead of the continental competition.
