The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has officially announced that the draw for the 2025/2026 inter-club competitions will take place in mid-August in Tanzania.
Nigeria will be represented in the CAF Champions League by Remo Stars and Rivers United, while Abia Warriors and Kwara United have been listed for the CAF Confederation Cup.
CAF, in a statement published on its official website, also reminded all member associations that the deadline for the submission of clubs for the upcoming season remains 31 July 2025.
In a separate update, the continental body confirmed that clubs from Libya have been granted an exemption from this deadline due to their ongoing domestic league playoffs, which are currently being held in Italy.
