Experienced Nigerian coach, Kennedy Boboye, is set to be appointed as the new head coach of newly promoted Nigeria Premier Football League side, Barau FC.
According to MikeThePundit, talks between both parties are said to be in advanced stages and a deal could be finalised by the end of the week, with an official unveiling expected soon.
Boboye is best known for guiding Akwa United to their first-ever NPFL title in 2021 and also previously had successful spells with Plateau United and Abia Warriors.
Barau FC will be hoping his experience at the top level can help stabilise the team as they prepare for life in the top flight.
