Alhassan Yusuf captured the hearts of Nigerians in Super Eagles' first Group A game against Equatorial Guinea, on Sunday in the ongoing AFCON in Cote d'Ivoire.
The 23-year-old was not even invited to this tournament in the first place. He was called up by Super Eagles coach, Jose Peseiro after Wilfred Ndidi got ruled out due to injury.

However, he was stretched out of the game due to injury, but he later disclosed to us that it was just a cramp.
“My injury is just a cramp, we will see if I’ll be available against Cote d’Ivoire,” he said.
