Solution Football Club of Anambra State has commenced its preparations for the 2024/2025 Nigeria National League (NNL) season with a week-long screening exercise. Held from September 17 to September 24, 2024, at Awka Township Stadium, the event aims to identify and recruit top players who can elevate the team’s performance for the upcoming season.
The screening process, spanning seven days, is crucial for Solution FC’s strategy to build a competitive squad. The club’s goal is to assemble a team capable of not only competing strongly within the NNL but also challenging for promotion to the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL). By carefully selecting players with the right skills and attributes, Solution FC hopes to enhance its chances of a successful season.
Coach Emmanuel Dutches, a FIFA-licensed coach from Cameroon, will oversee the screening. Dutches, noted for his extensive experience and expertise, is the only foreign coach in the league. His role is pivotal in ensuring that Solution FC is well-prepared and competitive for the upcoming season.
Team Manager Austin Amakom Okoye highlighted the importance of this screening process. “Our objective is to identify and select the best talents available to ensure we not only compete effectively but also strive for exceptional performance throughout the league. Our ultimate aim is to achieve promotion to the NPFL,” Okoye explained during the screening kickoff.
With Coach Dutches at the helm and a thorough selection process in place, Solution FC is set to make a significant impact in the NNL. Fans and supporters are keenly anticipating the results of the screening and the formation of the new squad for the 2024/2025 season.
