Enyimba Feeders claimed a hard-fought 3-2 victory over Buberio FC on Matchday 8 of the Nationwide League One (NLO), moving up to second on the table with 16 points from 8 games.
Chimaobi Anyawu opened the scoring in the 16th minute with a solo effort, and Nelson Sule doubled the lead just a minute later. Sule completed his brace in the 36th minute to give Enyimba a commanding 3-0 advantage.
Buberio FC pulled one back in the 41st minute after capitalizing on a defensive error, and they added a second from the penalty spot in the 65th minute to make it 3-2. Despite late pressure, Enyimba held firm to secure the win.
The result boosts Enyimba Feeders’ promotion hopes, with standout performances from Anyawu and Sule proving decisive.
