Inter Lagos FC has officially retired the No. 14 jersey worn by captain Favour Aroyameh following his landmark move abroad, marking the club’s first-ever international transfer.
Aroyameh, a pivotal figure for the Lagos-based club, led the team with distinction and has now etched his name into the club’s history as both a leader and trailblazer.
In a club statement, Inter Lagos described him as “our captain, our leader,” affirming that his legacy “will live on” as the No. 14 shirt is permanently retired in his honor.
