Players of Katsina United have reportedly refused to participate in training sessions since Friday due to the club’s failure to pay their transfer fees.
According to sources close to the team, the players are demanding immediate settlement of the outstanding payments before resuming training. The protest has raised concerns ahead of their next NPFL fixture, as the club risks losing form and cohesion.
Club officials are yet to release an official statement on the matter.
