Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) have officially resumed preparations for the 2025/26 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season.
The Ibadan-based side returned to training on Monday at the Awolowo Stadium, University of Ibadan, following a break after finishing eighth in the 2024/25 campaign.
Addressing the players at the opening session, Technical Adviser Gbenga Ogunbote urged the squad to prepare for the challenges ahead as they aim for an improved outing in the new season.
The 2025/26 NPFL season is scheduled to kick off on 22 August 2025.
