El-Kanemi Warriors FC of Maiduguri have announced the signing of five new players to bolster their squad ahead of the upcoming season. The official unveiling took place at the Colonel Abdulmumin Aminu Camp, Maiduguri, with Club Chairman Malam Ibrahim Maina Mustapha and board members in attendance.
The new arrivals include Victor Ikechukwu and Ebuka Okoro from Kun Khalifat FC, goalkeeper Emmanuel Nwabufo from Heartland FC, Sadiq Mohammad from Nasarawa United, and Usman Audu from DMD FC.

Speaking during the ceremony, Chairman Malam Ibrahim Maina Mustapha expressed confidence in the abilities of the new players. “We are pleased to welcome these young and talented players into our squad. Their individual qualities will be vital as we pursue our objectives for the season. We wish them an injury-free and successful time with El-Kanemi Warriors FC,” he said.
The Maiduguri-based club has intensified preparations as they aim for a strong and competitive campaign in the new season, according to Media Officer GAGA.
