Moses Adukwu, head coach of reigning Nigeria Women's Football League (NWFL) champions Edo Queens, has set his sights on retaining the league title as the new season approaches.
Following their triumph last season, Edo Queens represented Nigeria in the Women's CAF Champions League, finishing fourth. Despite player transfers, Adukwu remains confident about the team's chances.
"We are aiming to win the league again," Adukwu told Brila FM. "It won’t be easy, but with His grace, we will keep pushing forward. We have added a few new players to strengthen the squad and are ready to face the challenges ahead."
Edo Queens will be looking to maintain their dominance as they gear up for a highly competitive season.
