The Sokoto State Ministry of Youth and Sports Development has approved a new management structure for Sokoto United FC, with key appointments announced ahead of the 2025 football season.
The Honourable Commissioner, Dr. Engr. Mustapha Mohammed Kofar Marke, confirmed the appointments, which take effect from Wednesday, 14th May 2025.
The newly appointed officials are:
- Bashar Attahiru Black – Team Coordinator
- Abdullahi A. Shehu – Club Technical Directo
- Haliru Sambo (Crosser) – Assistant Coach II
- Kabiru Abdullahi – Goalkeeper Trainer
The appointments are fresh, with no handover process required. The official appointment letters were signed by the Permanent Secretary, Hajia Hadiza Galadima, on behalf of the Honourable Commissioner.
