Super Eagles forward Brown Ideye has confirmed his exit from Enyimba Football Club.
In a farewell message posted on his official X account, Ideye thanked the club's management, staff, teammates, and fans for their support during his time at the club.
"It’s been an honour to wear the jersey and play for one of the biggest and best football clubs in Nigeria and Africa," he wrote. "I’m grateful for the fond memories we created together on and off the pitch."
The former Nigerian international also emphasized the strong connection he built with the People’s Elephant, stating the club will "always have a great place in my heart."
Ideye’s short spell with Enyimba brought veteran presence to the squad, and his exit signals another chapter in the forward’s eventful football career.
He signed off the message with:
"With Love and Appreciation,
Brown Aide Ideye MON."
