Nasarawa United Football Club has congratulated the President of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Alhaji Ibrahim Musa Gusau, on his election as President of the West African Football Union Zone B (WAFU B).
In a statement released by the club, the management praised Gusau’s leadership and dedication to football development, describing his election as a reflection of his commitment to the growth of the sport in Nigeria and the West African sub-region.
The club noted that Gusau’s new role is expected to elevate the profile of football across member nations, including Nigeria, Niger, Benin, Ivory Coast, Burkina Faso, Ghana, and Togo.
Nasarawa United also expressed its readiness to support and collaborate with the NFF under Gusau’s leadership to further strengthen football development at both national and regional levels.
