Super Eagles and Singida Black Stars goalkeeper Amas Obasogie has welcomed a new addition to his family — a baby boy.
The shot-stopper made the joyful announcement on Sunday morning, sharing his gratitude on social media. “I find no words strong enough to express my exact feelings. I’m sincerely grateful to GOD. GOD has blessed my home with a baby boy,” he wrote.
The former Bendel Insurance FC goalkeeper also praised his wife, describing her as a strong woman, as the family celebrates the arrival of their third child.
The news comes just a day after the goalkeeper featured for Singida Black Stars in the Tanzania CRDB Federation Cup semi-final, where he helped his side secure a spot in the final.
