Ikorodu City have been crowned champions of the 2025 ValueJet Cup after finishing top of the final league table with seven points and a superior goal difference.
The Lagos-based side played five matches in the competition, securing enough results to edge Abia Warriors, who also amassed seven points but ended with an inferior goal difference. Kwara United and Shooting Stars finished third and fourth respectively, each collecting seven points but separated by goal difference.
Rivers United ended in fifth place with six points, while host team Remo Stars endured a difficult campaign, finishing bottom without a win and with a goal difference of minus five.
The ValueJet Cup, staged at the Remo Stars Stadium in Ikenne, Ogun State, featured six teams in a league-format contest. Ikorodu City’s triumph marks a remarkable rise for the club, going from newcomers in the competition to lifting the trophy.
