Kwara United Chairman Urges Focus, Assures Players of Full Support

Kwara United Chairman, Mr Kumbi Titiloye, has called on the club’s players and officials to maintain focus and commitment as they prepare for the new football season.

Speaking during an unscheduled visit to the team’s camp in Ikenne on Sunday, where they are competing in the ValueJet Preseason Tournament, Titiloye urged the squad to be both mentally and physically ready for the challenges ahead.

“We will continue to support you. Continue to train and retrain,” the chairman said, assuring the players of the management’s full backing.

Kwara United, nicknamed the Harmony Boys, will take on Ikorodu City in their second fixture of the tournament on Monday at 2:00pm. The team will be looking to bounce back from a 2-1 defeat to Remo Stars in their opening game on Saturday.
