Kano Pillars captain Ahmed Musa has resumed training after recovering from the minor injury that kept him out for a few days.
The former Super Eagles skipper picked up the knock during Pillars’ Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) matchday two clash with Wikki Tourists. The setback ruled him out of last weekend’s 1-0 North West derby defeat to Katsina United.
Musa’s return comes as a boost for Evans Ogenyi’s side, who face Rangers in a crucial matchday four encounter at the Sani Abacha Stadium this weekend.
Pillars have struggled to find form at the start of the season, recording just one point from their opening three matches and still searching for their first win.
