Jeffery Buter has been appointed as the new head coach of Nigeria National League side Sporting Lagos.
Buter steps into the role after serving as assistant to former coach Shola Adegun, who departed the club to take charge of Plateau United in the Nigeria Premier Football League.

The English coach holds both English FA and Scottish FA licences and is currently working towards his UEFA C licence.
Sporting Lagos are intensifying preparations for the 2025–26 NNL season after narrowly missing out on a playoff spot last term.
