Super Eagles to Face Venezuela in November Friendly

Nigeria’s Super Eagles will take on Venezuela in an international friendly in the United States of America on Friday, 14 November.

The match venue is yet to be confirmed by organisers.

The last meeting between the two nations was in Miami in 2012, where Nigeria secured a 3-1 victory. Brown Ideye, Nosa Igiebor, and Ogenyi Onazi were on target for the Super Eagles in that encounter.

The game forms part of Nigeria’s build-up to the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.

Eric Chelle’s men will complete their 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying campaign with matches against Lesotho and Benin Republic in October before the friendly.
