Bayelsa United midfielder Wisdom Magbisa has been crowned the club’s Player of the Month for August.
Magbisa edged out teammates Kehinde Malik, Clinton Ezekiel and Ofem Nneoyi to clinch the award. He was a key figure in the Prosperity Boys’ midfield, delivering solid performances throughout the month and also providing an assist.
Bayelsa United have secured six points from their first three Nigeria Premier Football League fixtures this season. They will take on Enyimba in a matchday four clash this weekend.
