Crown FC Unveil 17 New Signings as Ayeni Targets Strong NNL Start



Crown FC, popularly known as the Ajilete Warriors, have announced the arrival of 17 new players ahead of the 2025 Nigeria National League season. The Ogbomoso side began their opening fixture against Heartland FC with a 3-0 win on Saturday, 15 November at the Soun Stadium.

The new signings include goalkeeper Mojayogbe Muyiwa from ABS FC Ilorin. The defensive reinforcements are Etboy Akpan of Dynamic FC, Haruna Abutu of Seamoriow FC, Mudashiru Olamide and Afolabi Olatunbosun from Osun United, Oladosu Mathias of Igbajo United, Jonathan Osondu of Barau FC and Jimi Joseph of Cynosure FC.

The midfield ranks have been boosted with the additions of Abubakar Aminu from Gombe United, Kelvin Osas of First Bank FC, Damilola Ajala of Uniqstar FC and Emmanuel David of Solution FC. On the wings, Crown FC have secured Omolabi Owolabi from Gidado FC.

In attack, the club have brought in Odeyemi Ebenezer of Osun United and Philip Ewuga of Abia Warriors to sharpen their goal threat.

Coach Ayodeji Ayeni expressed confidence in the new recruits and believes they will add quality and renewed energy to the squad as they aim for a positive start to the campaign.
