Remo Stars have announced the signing of Mega Cynthia, their first acquisition for the 2025/26 Nigeria Women’s Football League (NWFL) Premiership season. The talented midfielder arrives from Bayelsa Queens, bringing creativity and experience to the team.
The new NWFL season is set to kick off on November 26, 2025, with an expanded league featuring 20 teams divided into two groups of ten. Remo Stars will compete in Group B alongside Nasarawa Amazons, Confluence Queens, Delta Queens, Sunshine Queens, Ahudiyannem Queens, Dannaz Ladies, Osun Babes, Abia Angels, and FC Robo.
Remo Stars hope Cynthia’s arrival will strengthen their midfield and boost their campaign as they aim to make an impact in the upcoming season.
