Igbajo United FC have announced open football trials ahead of the 2026 season as the Osun State club begins preparations for a return to national relevance.
The Osun Federation Cup champions will hold the trials from 18 to 24 January 2026 at the Kiriji Memorial College Sports Complex in Igbajo, Osun State.
Recently relegated from the Nigeria National League, Igbajo United are targeting a strong rebuild as they prepare to compete in the 2026 Federation Cup and the 2026 Nationwide League One.
The club says the trials are open to young, passionate and talented footballers seeking a professional pathway in Nigerian football. Selected players will have the opportunity to join a structured first team and academy setup designed to develop talent and compete at a high level.
In a bid to attract players from across the country, Igbajo United have confirmed that free accommodation will be provided for trialists travelling from outside Osun State.
All participants are required to come with their training kits, football boots and a valid means of identification.
