NPFL Mourns El-Kanemi Warriors Chairman Ibrahim Maina Mustapha

The Nigeria Premier Football League has expressed deep sorrow following the death of Ibrahim Maina Mustapha, Chairman of El-Kanemi Warriors FC.

NPFL Chairman, Gbenga Elegbeleye, described the news as a huge loss to club football in the country.

In a condolence message to the Maiduguri-based club, Elegbeleye said the late chairman was a strong supporter of the NPFL Board’s initiatives, particularly in mobilising fans for home matches and promoting fair play and violence-free matchdays in Maiduguri.
