Wikki Tourists have announced the appointment of Evans Ogenyi as the club’s new technical adviser.
Ogenyi was unveiled by the club chairman, Salmanu Abubakar, at the team’s secretariat in Bauchi on Friday.
The appointment follows the departure of former head coach Abdu Makaiba, who stepped down from his role last month.
Ogenyi brings experience from the Nigeria Premier Football League, having previously managed four-time champions Kano Pillars. He has also coached Lobi Stars and worked as an assistant coach at Rivers United.
Wikki Tourists are currently struggling for form in the league. The Bauchi Elephants have recorded just two wins in their last 15 matches.
They sit 16th on the NPFL table with 32 points from 28 games as they battle to move away from the relegation zone.
