The Nigeria Premier Football League has cautioned Niger Tornadoes following complaints over crowd control and security at their home ground in Minna.
The league body confirmed it received formal reports from several clubs and independent observers regarding incidents at the Bako Kontagora Stadium.
According to the NPFL, there were cases of supporters and unauthorised persons gaining access to restricted areas. These actions reportedly interfered with the orderly conduct of matches and raised concerns about safety and matchday management.
Niger Tornadoes have now been directed to ensure that only accredited individuals are allowed into restricted zones. The club is also required to provide adequate security personnel and maintain proper control of supporters before, during and after matches.
The NPFL warned that any further incidents involving encroachment, intimidation, violence or security breaches at the stadium will attract severe sanctions.
