Niger Tornadoes have announced the immediate dissolution of their technical crew following the conclusion of the 2025-26 Nigeria Premier Football League season.
The Minna-based club confirmed the decision in a brief statement released on Monday, noting that it followed a comprehensive review of the team’s performances during the just-concluded campaign.
The Majin Mohammed-led technical crew has been relieved of its duties with immediate effect as part of a post-season restructuring process.
Niger Tornadoes endured a difficult season in the NPFL, struggling for consistency throughout the campaign. The club ultimately finished 14th on the table with 48 points, narrowly avoiding relegation.
Despite their struggles, they ended the season on a positive note with a 1-0 victory over Shooting Stars SC in Minna on the final day of the season.
The club stated that further details regarding the composition of a new technical crew and wider squad restructuring will be communicated in due course.
