The Executive Chairman of Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC), Honourable Babatunde Olaniyan Akoro, has extended warm Eid el Kabir greetings to Muslims across Nigeria, urging them to use the period to pray for the nation’s progress and unity.
In his Sallah message, Akoro encouraged Muslim faithful to seek the mercy of Allah for Oyo State and the country at large, stressing that the Almighty remains ever ready to answer the prayers of believers.
“This is a time for reflection and intercession,” he said. “I implore our Muslim brothers and sisters to take this opportunity to pray for peace, unity, and positive transformation in Nigeria.”
The former Deputy Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly also called on Nigerians of all religions and ethnic backgrounds to embrace peace and love, values he described as essential to national cohesion and commanded by Allah.
“On behalf of the management, staff, technical crew, and players of 3SC, I congratulate all Muslims on this celebration and pray that Almighty Allah grants us many more in good health and peace,” Akoro added.
He concluded his message with a heartfelt Barka de Sallah to the Muslim community.
