Basira Football Club, based in Lafia, has confirmed the official date for the resumption of training ahead of the 2025/2026 football season.
According to a statement from the club’s media officer, Ramalan Abubakar, players are expected to return to camp on Sunday, 6 July, while full training will begin the following day, Monday, 7 July, 2025, by 6:30 AM at the Lafia City Stadium.
The early return to action is part of Basira FC’s wider plans to rebuild the squad, improve fitness levels, and ensure a competitive start to the new season. All players and officials are expected to report on schedule.
