Wikki Tourists FC Conducts FIFA Rules Sensitisation Ahead of NNL Super 8



Wikki Tourists Football Club has reaffirmed its commitment to professionalism and rule awareness by organising a one-day sensitisation lecture for its players and technical crew on updated FIFA regulations on Sunday, ahead of the Nigeria National League (NNL) Super 8.

The session, held in Bauchi, was declared open by the club’s chairman, Auwal Gotal, who expressed gratitude to the Bauchi Referees Council for facilitating the initiative. He stressed the importance of keeping the team informed and aligned with international football standards.

Speakers at the event included Technical Adviser Abdu Maikaba, Board Member Umar Saidu, and the Special Adviser on Sports to the Bauchi State Governor, Mr Paul Gambar. All described the lecture as both timely and impactful.



Club captain Mohammed Idris Guda also lauded the initiative, assuring that the players would fully comply with the updated laws of the game.

National instructors Mohammed Aliyu Jingi and Donald Andrew led sessions on the revised rules, while physical instructor Harrison Paris advised players to maintain fitness during the off-season through personal training. The session featured detailed PowerPoint presentations and practical demonstrations.
