The General Manager of Kada Warriors Football Club, Garba Lawal, has extended a warm welcome to Nigeria National League (NNL) officials and football stakeholders arriving in Kaduna for the 2025 Annual General Meeting.
Speaking on behalf of the club’s chairman, management, players, and supporters, Lawal described the hosting of the AGM in Kaduna as an honour and a reflection of the state’s strong commitment to sports development.
“We are truly delighted to receive the NNL leadership, club representatives, and key stakeholders of Nigerian football to Kaduna, the proud home of Kada Warriors Football Club. On behalf of our chairman, management, coaching staff, players, and supporters, I wish everyone fruitful deliberations and a successful AGM,” Lawal said.
The former Super Eagles player noted that football continues to play a vital role in uniting communities and inspiring the youth. He emphasised Kaduna’s reputation as a hub for football talent and major sporting events.
Lawal also praised the efforts of the NNL leadership in strengthening the league and creating more opportunities for clubs and players across Nigeria.
The 2025 NNL Annual General Meeting will take place on Tuesday, 16 September, at the Fifth Chukker Resort along the Kaduna–Jos Road in Maraban Jos. Delegates and club officials are expected to arrive on Monday, 15 September.
Lawal assured all visitors of Kaduna’s hospitality and encouraged them to enjoy the state’s culture and passion for football during their stay.
