The 2025 edition of the Lagos Liga has introduced a new prize-sharing structure that differs from the 2024. This year, a total of ₦100 million will be distributed among the top four clubs.
Each of the semi-finalists will receive ₦10 million. The two finalists will get an additional ₦10 million each, while the eventual winner will secure ₦40 million.
This means the champion will walk away with ₦60 million, the runner-up will take ₦20 million, and the losing semi-finalists will settle for ₦10 million each.

Organisers have confirmed that registration is still open for both new and existing clubs. However, available slots are limited as several club owners have already begun registering since the announcement.
