Away sides enjoyed a dominant outing on Match Day 3 of the Nigeria Women Football League, claiming four victories across Wednesday’s fixtures.
Rivers Angels produced one of the standout results of the day with a 2–1 comeback win over Pacesetters Queens. Grace Saliu gave the visitors an early lead in the second minute, Teslimot Balogun equalised for the hosts in the 28th minute, but Ramotalahi Kareem struck in the 40th minute to secure all three points for the Port Harcourt side.
Nasarawa Amazons continued their strong start to the season with a convincing 2–0 away win against Ahudiyannem Queens in Umuahia. Ohunene Sunday broke the deadlock shortly after the restart, while Peaceful Ikediuba netted late on to seal the victory.

Remo Stars Ladies also impressed on the road, defeating Confluence Queens 2–0. Anifowoshe Khadijat opened the scoring in the 12th minute before Similoluwa Okesiji completed the job deep into stoppage time.
Edo Queens earned a hard-fought 1–0 win away to Ekiti Queens, with Atune Doosur’s 65th-minute strike proving enough to hand the hosts their first home defeat of the campaign.

There were three home victories on the day. Robo Queens recorded a solid 2–0 win over Delta Queens, while Abia Angels secured a 2–0 triumph against Osun Babes through early goals from Winner David and Blessing Okon.
Adamawa Queens added another home success by edging Ibom Angels 1–0 courtesy of a 16th-minute effort from Ifeoma Damian.
