Bichi First FC head coach Abubakar Musa has expressed mixed feelings following his side’s 1-1 draw against Ranchers Bees in their Nigeria National League Matchday 12 fixture.
Speaking after the game, Musa admitted his disappointment with the result but praised his players for their determination throughout the match.
He noted that the team continued to fight until the final whistle, pointing to the late penalty as evidence of their persistence, despite the missed opportunity to secure victory.
Musa described the outcome as destiny, acknowledging that the result was beyond their control.
The coach also took time to appreciate the supporters, calling for continued backing as the team pushes for promotion. He reminded fans that Bichi First is still a developing side competing against more experienced teams, though he stressed that it should not be seen as an excuse.
Looking ahead, Musa stated that attention has now shifted to the club’s upcoming away fixtures against Jigawa Golden Stars and Yobe Desert Warriors, with a commitment to keep pushing until the end of the season.
