Sokoto United Issues Statement on Unauthorised Player Departures



The management of Sokoto United FC has officially announced the unauthorised departure of two players, Yakubu Dauda Jaji (also known as Abbaty) and Christopher Ododo, from the club's camp.



According to the statement released by the club, the players left without management's consent despite being under valid contracts and continuing to receive salaries. Details of the players are as follows:

The club has cautioned that any individual, group, or football club attempting to register these players without adhering to proper procedures will face legal action. Sokoto United reaffirmed its commitment to player development but emphasized the need for adherence to contractual obligations.
