Heartland FC of Owerri have intensified preparations for the upcoming Nigeria National League (NNL) season, recording a series of encouraging results in friendly matches under the watch of Technical Manager, Emmanuel Amuneke.
The Naze Millionaires have shown steady progress and cohesion during their preseason build-up, with the club reiterating its vision to assemble a squad capable of competing strongly at any level of Nigerian football.
So far, Heartland have played over ten preparatory games, with only one defeat, which came against NPFL giants Enyimba International FC.
Key results from Heartland’s preseason campaign include:
- 3-0 win over He Reigns FC of Port Harcourt
- 2-2 draw with Campos FC
- 2-0 victory against Petson FC
- 2-1 win over Giant Brillars
- 3-2 win against Redeemed FC of Port Harcourt

- 3-0 win over Ave International FC of Isinweke
